I worked with Blue Spruce Builders as the Project Engineer/Manager on a relatively small, but not simple, remodel project in a secure area of the Police Department facility during the first half of 2023.

The project went smoothly due to the professionalism of all involved. Working with the team at Blue Spruce was a pleasure. Project documentation was accurate and submitted in a timely manner. On site they followed protocols, kept a clean and orderly work area, kept occupant disturbance to a minimum, and were onsite when they said they would be. There were complications due to supply chain issues, but Blue Spruce staff kept me informed as the schedule changed. They coordinated with me and the Architect on field adjustments and coordinated with City staff to complete work that was not in the contract. I have not had a building project since, but I will be sure they are aware of the Invitation to Bid on a similar project of any size. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
